I haven't received my top-up card?

Do not worry, cards can take up to 5 working days to arrive. If after five days you still haven’t received your new electricity or gas card, please get in touch with us right away so we can arrange to send you a new one. We’ll also provide your 19-digit card number in the meantime, which you can use to top up at any PayPoint outlet, through our smart top up app, online, over the phone or via text message.
