Don’t worry your card can’t be used with any other meter. If you lose them, you won’t lose any money. Call us on 0333 103 9053 to report the loss and we will arrange for the new one to be sent out to you (charge might be applicable). We’ll also provide your 19-digit card number in the meantime, which you can use to top up at any PayPoint outlet, with our smart top up app online, over the phone or via text message.
