I had my smart meter fitted and my balance from my old meter is still not on?

Do not worry, when our engineers install your smart meters they fill a form stating the balances that need to be added to your meter.

Please allow up to 3 working days for the transfer to be completed, it will be done at midnight of the third working day.

If the balance has not been transferred by day four please call in on 0333 103 9053 and select the smart meter line.
