I have moved to a different property, do I need to change my account?

If you have moved properties and you are looking to keep Economy Energy as your gas and electric provider, you would need a new account. The property that you are moving to may have a different energy provider and you would need to re-sign with Economy Energy and get a new account. On “My Dashboard” all you have to do is click “Moving Properties” this will take you to our web signing up process where we will send you a new Welcome Pack, once everything goes through you will be able to log onto 'My Account' with your details as normal but it will be assigned to your new property. When you decide to take us with you as an energy supplier at your new property you’re entitled to receive a £20 Love2shop voucher, just speak to a member of our team and they’ll sort it for you.
