How do I submit a meter reading on My Account?

Once you have logged into My Account and you are on “My Dashboard”, scroll down and you will see a section called “Last meter read”. This gives you the option to “Leave a meter read” and you can submit your gas or electric meter readings so we can see it on our systems to ensure your bills and statements are the most accurate.
