Once you are logged on 'My Account', you can with on your dashboard go to the section “Last meter read”, there is a link that states “View meter read history” this will give you the last 12 months of meter readings we have received or estimated. This is a good way to see what usage you have used throughout the year. It does not matter if you do not have any reads on this page just provide us with a meter read. See above on how to submit a meter reading.

If you have just joined us we will not have your meter readings from your previous supplier, but you can submit a meter reading which can take up to 10 working days to view on “My Account”.
