How to request a replacement key/card through My Account

If you have lost your top up key/card you would need a replacement. Just click on “Order replacement card/key” you just need to fill out a form with your account details and address details for delivery. There is a charge for a replacement card/key of £7.00 where £1.00 per week will be deducted from your Pre-Payment meter and delivered to you within 3-5 working days.
