I am a Direct Debit/Credit customer do I get access to My Account?

There is no easy way of saying this but... OF COURSE, YOU CAN.

Just follow the same steps as you would to register and this will give you access to:

  • View and submit your meter readings
  • View your balance
  • Pay a bill
  • View your payment history
  • View your statements
  • Change your direct debit payment day
  • Update your contact details
  • Notify us that you’re moving home
