This may have been the case if you were unable to provide us with opening meter readings when we took over your supply.
We would’ve sent you a SMS or email asking you to give us your opening meter readings between 5 days before and 5 days after your switch-over date. If you missed this 10-day window, we would’ve had to use estimated readings to open your account. Don’t worry though, as soon as you give us your first set of regular meter readings, we’ll get your account straight.
