You can use 'my account' section to change the day on which your direct debit comes out of your bank account every month.

If you’d like to change the bank account your Direct Debit comes from we’ll need to set up a new Direct Debit. It’s quick and easy to do, but you’ll need to give us a call on 0333 103 9053.
