I need to change when my Direct Debits go out of my account

You are on our Direct Debit tariff, you can manage and view your direct debit details when you click on “Manage my Direct Debit”. You can manage both electricity and gas, so if you find that you are in a difficult situation, you can change your Direct Debit dates to most suitable to you. This is between the 1st and 28th of the month.

On “My Dashboard”, it will show how much you are paying monthly for both your electricity and gas direct debit payments. You cannot change your direct debit amounts. If you feel these should be changed please give us a ring on 03331039053 and speak to a member of our team.
