You should only ever pay for energy you use. You should give us a call as soon as you move in and provide your up to date opening meter reads. Our lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm on Saturdays and 8am - 4pm on Sundays. We answer 90% of our calls in less than 60 seconds!

We will open the new account for you and only bill you for the time you lived there and energy you used.
