I'm moved into a new property and there's debt on the meter?

You should only ever pay for energy you use. You should give us a call as soon as you move in and provide your up to date opening meter reads. Our lines are open 8am-7:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am-5:30pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. We answer 90% of our calls in less than 60 seconds!

When you ring us we will open the new account for you and only bill you for the time you lived there and energy you used.
